BLZEEBUB Events We've Covered In The Past

SEMX Series October 2009 Canada Heights

The SEMX series finished another year on the Canada Heights circuit on Sunday. The Juniors and Experts put in some good close competitive racing as always on the Sidcup circuit. A sample of pictures now appearing in the gallery.

British Touring Car Brands GP

BTCC Brands

The BTCC came to Brands Hatch and what a way to finish. A three way battle for the championship between Colin Turkington, Fabrizio Giovanardi and Jason Plato. The GP circuit at Brands hadn't been used for several years in BTCC so was a good leveller for the touring car pack. Throw in a legend like ex-F1 driver Johnny Herbert and who knew what would happen. In the end Turkington's championship win had the crowd roaring with excitement, no matter who they had come to support. BLZEEBUB shots from practice, quali and race day now in the gallery.

2009 Red Bull FIM Motocross of Nations

Red Bull FIM Motocross Of NationsIts the biggest event on the Motocross calendar where the top three riders from each nation compete for the Chamberlain Trophy and the bragging rihts that go with it. The 63rd running of the event saw the return to Italy for the first time in 23 years to a purpose built track at the Autodromo di Franciacorta in the north of the country. With Team USA dominating for the last few years it was a chance for the rest of the world to put themselves up against arguably the best racers in MX to settle which side of the Atlantic has the stronger series. Italy and France were the hot favourites to take the honors against a 'third rate' entry from the US missing both James Stewart and Ryan Villopoto - the stars of last years winning team, and Team GB were in with a chance following the pre-event drama. BLZEEBUB made the trip to the sun drenched famous wine region to capture the action - check out the gallery.

British GT and F3 International Brands Hatch

Jay Bridger at Stirlings

The Avon Tyres British GT championship came to the Brands Hatch GP circuit this weekend. It was complemented by single seater action from the Cooper Tires British F3 International Series. Both events were in their final races of the season. The finale saw the 56 year-old Jones twins take the GT3 championship win whilst Daniel Ricciardo celebrated his F3 crown in style. BLZEEBUB covered the whole weekend. Gallery shots now up for your perusal.
